1lemon, juiced
3 tbspsalad oil

Shred cabbage thinly, and place in large bowl.

Using a vegetable peeler or mandoline slicer, slice up carrots, and add to cabbage.

Add lemon juice, oil, and salt, and mix well.

Chill and serve.
