  • 2carrots
  • 1lemon, juiced
  • 3 tbspsalad oil
  • 2 tspsalt

    Shred cabbage thinly, and place in large bowl.

  2. 2

    Using a vegetable peeler or mandoline slicer, slice up carrots, and add to cabbage.

  3. 3

    Add lemon juice, oil, and salt, and mix well.

  4. 4

    Chill and serve.
