4 cupflour
1/4 cupsugar
1egg
1/4nutmeg
1/4 sachetbutter
1 teaspoonbaking powder
6 cupvegetable oil
little water for mixing

Cut a dry bowl, add flour and sieve

Add baking, sugar, grate nutmeg

Add butter, egg mix everything together

Place pan on heat add vegetable oil, allow to get hot for five (5) minutes

Then cut dough little by little and fry until colour change to golden brown
