Ingredients

1 ozTaco Seasoning Package
2/3 cupWater
1 1/2 cupSalsa
1 lbCooked ground beef
1 canPillsbury Grand Biscuits
1 cupShredded Cheese
1 cupSour Cream

Steps

In sauce pan, cook taco seasoning, water and half cup of salsa

Add ground beef

Press each biscuit into a 6 inch round. Spoon 1/3 cup of beef mixture and 1 tablespoon of cheese onto center of each round. Fold in dough in half press to seal

place on greased cookie sheet.

Brush with egg white

Bake @ 375 for 9 to 14 minutes until golden brown

Serve with remaining salsa and sour cream
