Preheat oven to 180C

take red onions, parsley and tomatoes, dice into small squares and place in a medium bowl

drizzle olive oil and balsamic glaze on diced onions and tomatoes (according to own preferred taste)

cut dinner rolls in half, place on tray and bake in oven until crisp/ browning
- 5
remove rolls from oven and place on serving plate
- 6
spoon tomato and onion mix onto the rolls, creating a small mound
- 7
using your fingers, crumble desired amount of fetta on the top of each roll
- 8
add a drizzle of oil and balsamic glaze to plate for show
- 9
present and enjoy! :)
