mix minced onion, minced garlic, diced tomatoes, minced ginger, turmeric, chili powder, chicken masala and garam masala in food processor and blend till it forms a smooth paste.

meantime, heat oil in pan and pour this paste. fry until the oil separates from the paste and add the chicken inside.

keep frying till chicken is cooked and paste is slightly dry. add salt to taste and garnush with chopped coriander.
