Dark chocolate - orange sauce

Chocolate and orange is a fun combination and in my opinion, the darker the chocolate is, the better it gels with orange :D I made this sauce for an orange cheesecake. It can also be used over ice creams and in trifles.

Boil together orange juice and sugar on a low - medium flame and let it reduce to a syrupy consistency (about 15 mins)
- 4
Add the orange juice reduction to the warm cream mixture.
