Sift flour and sugar together & set aside

Combine margerin, cocoa, and water in sauce pan and bring to a boil

Pour that mixture over the flour mixture

Mix together the sour milk and baking soda

Add the eggs, vanilla, and milk mixed with baking soda to the flour mixture

Mix well (dough will be thin)

Pour into an extra large, thick cookie sheet that is greased and floured

Bake at 350°F for 20-30 minutes

Make icing 5 minutes before cake is done

To make the icing, mix all the ingredientsand bring them to a boil

Pour icing over warm cake. NOT HOT!
