Ingredients

  1. 1 cupSugar
  2. 2 cupFinely diced apples
  3. 1/4 cupVegetable oil
  4. 1Egg
  5. 1 cupAll Porto pourpose flour
  6. 1 tspcinnamon
  7. 1 tspBaking soda
  8. 1/4 tspSalt
  9. 1 tspVanilla
  10. 1/2 cupChopped walnuts

Steps

35 mins
  1. 1

    Pre-heat oven to 350ºF

  2. 2

    Place apples in a bowl and mix in sugar. Let stand 30min.

  3. 3

    Mix in all the other ingredients with the apples and sugar.

  4. 4

    Place cake mix in a well greased and floured 9x9 pan.

  5. 5

    Bake 45 to 50 min.

  6. 6

    Once cake is done cool for 10 min and enjoy!
