1 cupSugar
2 cupFinely diced apples
1/4 cupVegetable oil
1Egg
1 cupAll Porto pourpose flour
1 tspcinnamon
1 tspBaking soda
1/4 tspSalt
1 tspVanilla
1/2 cupChopped walnuts

Pre-heat oven to 350ºF

Place apples in a bowl and mix in sugar. Let stand 30min.

Mix in all the other ingredients with the apples and sugar.

Place cake mix in a well greased and floured 9x9 pan.

Bake 45 to 50 min.

Once cake is done cool for 10 min and enjoy!
