  • 1 lbground beef
  • 1/2chopped green pepper
  • 1/2chopped onion
  • 2 largeeggs
  • 1/2bread crumbs
  • 1 dashchili powder
  • 1 dashgarlic powder
  • 1 dashpepper
  • 1 dashsalt
  • 2 dashworchestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cupbrown sugar
  • 1 dashitalian seasoning

    preheat oven at 325°

  2. 2

    mix all ingredients minus brown sugar in a mixing bowl

  3. 3

    place mixture in a bread pan and shape into a loaf

  4. 4

    cover meatloaf with brown sugar and cover with ketchup

  5. 5

    place in oven for 45 minutes
