1 lbround steak, cut in strips
2 tbspoil
2 tbspcornstarch
1 1/2 cupbeef broth
1 canwater chestnuts
1 mediumred pepper
3scallions
3 tbspsoy sauce
1/4 tsppepper
1 1/2 cupinstant rice

saute beef in pressure cooker until browned. add cornstarch. blend well.

add broth water chestnuts and pepper and scallions and soy sauce. bring to full rolling boil. cook for 5 minutes. add rice. cover. lremove from heat. let stand for 5 minutes.
