Ingredients

8 servings
  • 1 lbround steak, cut in strips
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 2 tbspcornstarch
  • 1 1/2 cupbeef broth
  • 1 canwater chestnuts
  • 1 mediumred pepper
  • 3scallions
  • 3 tbspsoy sauce
  • 1/4 tsppepper
  • 1 1/2 cupinstant rice

Steps

  1. 1

    saute beef in pressure cooker until browned. add cornstarch. blend well.

  2. 2

    add broth water chestnuts and pepper and scallions and soy sauce. bring to full rolling boil. cook for 5 minutes. add rice. cover. lremove from heat. let stand for 5 minutes.
