PREHEAT OVEN TO 425°F

Line rimmed baking pan with aluminum foil & spray with cooking spray.

Put shrimp on prepared sheet & sprinkle with lemon juice, 1 tsp. oil & 1/4 tsp. salt & pepper

Toss ahrimp until coated with llemon mixture. Spread in single layer leaving space between them.

In small bowl combine bread crumbs, remaining tsp. oil, salt, garlic &lemon zest.

curl shrimp tails to heads to form closed circle

Spoon heaping tsp. of crumb mixture in xenter of each shrimp curl

Bake 8 - 10 minutes until shrimp is completely cooked

Makes about 6 crumb topped shrrimp.

For presentation leave tails on. sPRINKLE WITH PARSLEY.
