place all the ingredients in a zip lock bag refrigerate for half an hour.

place chicken on a non stick pan and cook uncovered on medium flame till it starts to brown .

once done on one side turn over cover and lower the flame until chicken is well done .

just before serving increase the flame to slightly crisp the crust.

serve with potatoes and salad.
