  • cake base
  • 500 gramsflour
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 4 tbspsugar
  • 200 mlmilk
  • 3eggs
  • 5 gramsyeast
  • 125 gramsbutter/margarine
  • filling
  • 6plums
  • top crumble
  • 25 gramsflour
  • 150 gramssugar
  • 150 gramsbuttet

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    preheat oven to 200 C

  2. 2

    mix all base ingredients and put in warm place for the cake to rise

  3. 3

    place in a tin

  4. 4

    add plums (or other fruit)

  5. 5

    add mixed crumble on the top of the fruit

  6. 6

    bake for 40minutes
