1/2 tspsalt
4 tbspsugar
200 mlmilk
3eggs
5 gramsyeast
125 gramsbutter/margarine
filling
6plums
top crumble
25 gramsflour
150 gramssugar
150 gramsbuttet

preheat oven to 200 C

mix all base ingredients and put in warm place for the cake to rise

place in a tin

add plums (or other fruit)

add mixed crumble on the top of the fruit

bake for 40minutes
