  • 10 lbamerican cheese
  • 10 lbcheddar cheese
  • 5 lbmonteray jack
  • 5 gallonmilk
  • 5 lbbutter
  • 80 ozflour

    melt butter in kettle add flour, stir together to make roux, add milk bring to boil, add cheese slowly stir until thicken.
