mix parmesian cheese and garlic in a mixing bowl and set aside.

cut bacon in half and wrap the 1/2 slice of bacon around bread still wrapping it from one end to the other.

as soon as they are taken out of the oven roll them one at a time in the cheese mixture set on platter to serve...
