  • Delicious cheese muffins
  • 250 mlflour
  • 500 mlstrong cheddar cheese
  • 12 mlbaking powder
  • 2 mldry mustard powder
  • 1egg
  • 250 mlmilk

Steps

    Preheat oven to 220°C

  2. 2

    Mix all the dry ingredients together.

  3. 3

    Beat the egg in a cup and add enough milk to make a cupful.

  4. 4

    Add to dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

  5. 5

    Spoon into greased muffin tins & bake at 220°C for 10 to 15 minutes.
