  1. Delicious cheese muffins
  2. 250 mlflour
  3. 500 mlstrong cheddar cheese
  4. 12 mlbaking powder
  5. 2 mldry mustard powder
  6. 1egg
  7. 250 mlmilk

    Preheat oven to 220°C

  2. 2

    Mix all the dry ingredients together.

  3. 3

    Beat the egg in a cup and add enough milk to make a cupful.

  4. 4

    Add to dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

  5. 5

    Spoon into greased muffin tins & bake at 220°C for 10 to 15 minutes.
