Ingredients

  • main
  • 1/2 cupegg whites
  • 1/2 tbspdehydrated onion
  • 1 dashpepper and sslt
  • 1/2 mediumchopped tomato
  • 1/4 cupchopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cupshredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cupsautéed or fresh mushrooms
  • 1 tbspsour cream

Steps

  1. 1

    heat pan on Medium heat.

  2. 2

    spray little Pam

  3. 3

    pour egg whites into pan

  4. 4

    salt and pepper liquid egg whites

  5. 5

    sprinkle dried onions on liquid eggs too

  6. 6

    cover with lid till egg whites are completely cooked without flipping it over.

  7. 7

    Now take of lid and place cheese and chopped veggies on top.

  8. 8

    fold over like a taco
