Everybody has a way of seasoning there broth.. The legs u buy in the frozen section are already cooked so this only warms and seasons them... I do not let them boil to long and try not to submerge in the water... But this recipe is very flavorful...

Ingredients

  1. 6 cupwater
  2. 1/4 cupOld Bays Seasoning
  3. 1 smallonion
  4. 2stalks celery
  5. 2 mediumbay leaves
  6. 1 dashcayenne pepper
  7. 1 tbspsalt---- i actually use almost 2 T but adjust the salt to.your taste
  8. 8new potatoes, scrub with veggie brush
  9. 4ears of corn, remove husk and silks while you wait
  10. 4clusters of crab legs
  11. 1**** serve with herbal butter

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    put water in stock pot. Add salt, Old Bays Seasoning, cayenne pepper, celery, bay leaves and onion. let come to a roaring boil.

    turn down to medium ..... put in potatoes and allow to boil for 5 minutes ...

  3. 3

    put fresh ears of corn...

  4. 4

    let cook for 10 Minutes.

  5. 5

    lay crab leg clusters on top. should be warmed through in 10-15 minutes..

  6. 6

    the smell is awesome. Let steam with crab legs on the top. potatoes should be tender....

  7. 7

    *** sometime I fix the potatoes and corn as a side!!! PERFECT FOR A COOKOUT OR CAMPING.
