preheat oven to 190°c

cook the spaggheti according to packet instructions till done

in a large pan heat oil and add onions and garlic and saute till golden then add the beef and mix well

add salt,chilli powder,tinned tomatoes,and seasoning

cook the thick sauce till the berf is cooked and the till the flavlours give a good aroma

mix the spaggheti with the sauce and place the pasta in a oven safe pan and bale fr 8 minutes till grilled on the corners
