beat eggs mix everything but planko breadcrumbs together well I add the spices last I take the bowl I mix in spread the mixture out on the bottom and sides add the spices then then mix again roll mixture into golf balls sizes then roll into seasoned breadcrumbs set onto dish put into refrigerator to chill to stay together when you fry

when you mix it all dont drain the tuna pour all into the flours it will be just the right amount
