Preheat oven to 425% F spray large baking sheet with cookie spray. Mix dough according to package directions. Divide dough in half shape into two 15x5 inch rectangles on pan.

place 6 pieces of cheese on each piece of dough arrange in two rows down center of dough. pour sauce evenly over cheese. adding toppings if desired. Fold sides of dough over cheese and sauce overlapping to seal top.

Bake 20 mintues or until golden brown and cheese is melted. Stand 10 mintues before slicing and servering
