Open and drain cans of chicken. Put chicken in lg bowl and mix with fork to separate.

Chop apples, you can peel them but I don't. Add to chicken.

Add the bags of cranberries and nuts. Mix well.

Add the mayo and dressing and mix again.

I recommend chilling the chicken Salad in the fridge for at least an hour. It tastes better cold.

Load it onto your bread or flat wrap and enjoy. I recommend trying the spinach and herb wraps. Or for a low carb version, throw it on some fresh spinach or romaine. Its great on a salad! Let me know what ya'll think. This is one of my favorite lunches.
