  • 3Carrots
  • 1Potato
  • 500 gramsVegetable Stock
  • 1 cloveGarlic
  • 1 tbspChopped Coriander
  • 1 tspChilli paste
  • 1 tbspOlive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat garlic, coriander and oil over medium heat and sauté onions.

  2. 2

    Add carrots and potatoes for further 5 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add vegetable stock and simmer until potatoes are soft.

  4. 4

    When soft, blend whist hot.
