* You can replace the Jack Daniel's by any other Bourbon or even Rum, Ginger Ale, Water... But be sure to keep the same quantity

In a big pan, brown the meat on all side, to have a nice coloration. Place in the "CrockPot".

In the same pan, add the onions and the garlic. Cook them until golden. Add all the other ingredients , mix well and cook for 5min. (be careful, the preparation will do "bubble" so watch it if you don't want any mess on your oven)

Put the sauce on the meat and cook on low eat for 5-6hrs...

Take out the pork and pull the meat with fork abd make sure everything all the meat is "separate "

Put the pork back in the crock pot and cook for an another 30min.

Serve on Kaiser bread or anu kind you like (must have a nice crust...)
