Set out the cream cheese 30 minutes to 1 hour ahead so the cream cheese will be soft.

Cream the cream cheese.

After cheese is creamed stir in the powder sugar.

Stir in the vanilla.
- 5
Stir in the carmel sauce and stir until creamy.
- 6
Let set in refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving!
