Ingredients

  1. 1 largeyellow or orange pepper
  2. 1 largeonion
  3. 1pork tenderloin
  4. 2 tspolive oil
  5. 2 tsporegano
  6. 1 tspchili powder
  7. 1 tspgarlic salt
  8. 1 tsptabasco
  9. 1/2 cupsalsa

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice pepper and onion into strip. slice pork into bite-size strips.

  2. 2

    pour oil into a large wide frying pan or wok and set over medium-high heat.

  3. 3

    Add Court and stir fry until it loses its pink color - about 3 minutes.

  4. 4

    push to edges of pan.

  5. 5

    Reduce heat to medium. Add peppers and onions. Sprinkle with oregano chili powder garlic salt and Tabasco.

  6. 6

    pan may be full, but the vegetables will quickly wilt as they cook. Stir often until onion a soft, 4 to 5 minutes.

  7. 7

    Add salsa and stir until hot, 1 to 2 minutes. Taste in add salt if needed.
