Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

First, place the chicken between 2 sheets of plastic. Placing this on a flat surface, hammer out the chicken piece till it is uniformly flat, i.e. about one centimeter thick.

  2. 2

    Repeat for all pieces.

  3. 3

In the blender (mixer), mix the slices of bread, coriander and the herbs. Blend till it becomes a fine powder-like mixture.

  4. 4

Next, keep the yolk, flour and bread mixture in separate bowls.

  5. 5

Now, comes the tough part. First, coat the chicken in the flour, then the yolk and then the mixture. Then, it ready to be deep fried.

  6. 6

One must take caution as the fingers tend to get dirty quickly. So, it would be advisable for two people atleast to do the dipping in a systematic manner. Also, more yolk or flour can be used if you run out of it, as the measurements are not very accurate.

  7. 7

Finally, you may serve it with any sauce or salad. BON APPETITE! :)
