1/2 cupvinegar
3/4 cupwater
2 tbspworcestire sauce
1/2 tspchili powder
1onion
1salt and pepper

cut up the back ribs

brown in the oven at 425- 450 (lid off in the pan)

drain fat

put ribs back in and cover with sauce

bake at 250 for 3 hrs

baste occasionally
