Ingredients

  1. 3/4 cupbrown sugar
  2. 1/2 cupketchup
  3. 1/2 cupvinegar
  4. 3/4 cupwater
  5. 2 tbspworcestire sauce
  6. 1/2 tspchili powder
  7. 1onion
  8. 1salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    cut up the back ribs

  2. 2

    brown in the oven at 425- 450 (lid off in the pan)

  3. 3

    drain fat

  4. 4

    put ribs back in and cover with sauce

  5. 5

    bake at 250 for 3 hrs

  6. 6

    baste occasionally
