Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat.

Add minced garlic and saute for a minute.

Add flour and stir well until blended.

Add white wine, chicken broth, cream and cheese.

Bring to boil and reduce heat.

Let it simmer until it thickens.

Add roasted garlic, salt and pepper and mix well.

Let it simmer for about 5 minutes at low heat.

Garnish with parmesan cheese and persley
