Ingredients

  • 1 slicemeat (pork/beef)
  • 1mushrooms (various)
  • 1 cantomato concentrate
  • 1red wine
  • 1spring onions
  • 1salt/pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry off piece of meat.

  2. 2

    Fry onions in butter/meat juices.

  3. 3

    Add concentrate/red wine to make sauce.

  4. 4

    Season to taste. Pour over meat. Garnish with dpring onions and crisps.
