1mushrooms (various)
1 cantomato concentrate
1red wine
1spring onions
1salt/pepper

Fry off piece of meat.

Fry onions in butter/meat juices.

Add concentrate/red wine to make sauce.

Season to taste. Pour over meat. Garnish with dpring onions and crisps.
