Ingredients

  1. 1 slicemeat (pork/beef)
  2. 1mushrooms (various)
  3. 1 cantomato concentrate
  4. 1red wine
  5. 1spring onions
  6. 1salt/pepper

  1. 1

    Fry off piece of meat.

  2. 2

    Fry onions in butter/meat juices.

  3. 3

    Add concentrate/red wine to make sauce.

  4. 4

    Season to taste. Pour over meat. Garnish with dpring onions and crisps.
