Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 6 slicebacon, cut into strips
  2. 4garlic gloves, crushed
  3. 125 gramssmall mushrooms, cut into slices
  4. 4eggs
  5. 100 mlheavy cream
  6. 100 gramsParmesan cheese, grated
  7. 400 gramsgreen and white fettuccine
  8. 1black pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Put the bacon in a frying pan, bake for 5 minutes (or till the bacon is light brown) on a small fire, while stiring.

  2. 2

    Add the garlic and mushrooms and stir it on medium fire for about 3 minutes.

  3. 3

    Beat the eggs, cream, cheese and pepper together in a big bowl.

  4. 4

    While doing this cook the fettuccine like the instructions on the package.

  5. 5

    Pour off the water. Add the still warm fettuccine with the egg mixture and stir it fast into a whole.

  6. 6

    Now add the bacon mixture to it, and stir everything thoroughly.
