1 cupbutter
3/4 cupflour
1 tspespresso powder
9 tbspcocoa powder
3 largeeggs
1 1/2 cupsugar
1/2 cupcashew nuts( optional)

Preheat oven to 200degreeC

Melt butter and stir in the espresso and cocoa powder.Set aside

In a bowl beat eggs and add sugar
4

Gradually pour the chocolate mixture to the beaten eggs alternate with flour
5

Sprinkle chopped cashew nuts on top (if using) Bake for 30-45 minutes

I modified this a bit. Added 1 tablespoon of espresso powder, chocolate chips, shredded coconut, & lightly drizzled caramel on top. Also no nuts. Delicious! ~O)
