Ingredients

  1. 250 gramsbutter
  2. 250 gramsphilly cheese
  3. 1 cupcaster sugar
  4. 1 tspgelatine
  5. 1/2 cupboiling water
  6. 1/2 cuptea vanilla
  7. 2 packageslattice bis
  8. 1 cupicing sugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Cream 3 ingredients together, dissolve gelatine with Vanilla into creamed mixture. Layer 1 pkt biscuits pour on creamed mixture. Place 2nd packet biscuits on top, refrigerate overnight. Sprinkle with icing sugar when ready to serve!!
