  3. 2 tspbaking powder
  4. 2 tspground ginger
  5. 1/4 cupbrown sugar
  6. 1/4 cupwhite sugar
  7. 50 gramsbutter
  8. 1 tbspgolden syrup
  9. 1/2 cupmilk
  10. Sauce
  11. 1/2 cupbrown sugar
  12. 1/2 cupwhite sugar
  13. 1 tbspgolden syrup
  14. 2 tspground ginger
  15. 2 cupboiling water

Steps

    combine dry ingredients

  2. 2

    melt butter with golden syrup

  3. 3

    pour into dry ingredients with milk and mix

  4. 4

    place by greased oven proof dish

  5. 5

    put sauce ingredients in a bowl

  6. 6

    Add the boiling water while stirring until till mostly dissolved

  7. 7

    pour over batter mix

  8. 8

    bake at 180°C for 45 mins
