Peel and grate the potato's. Peel the onion, and grate or cut it into small pieces. Do the same with the garlic clove. Cut your spices into small pieces.

Put the grated potato's and onion, garlic, spices and salt together. Put enough pepper to make it up for your taste.

Use a frying pan that is big enough. And let the oil heat.

Wait till it hisses. And then put the potato mixture in your pan.

Flatten the mixture. And let it cook till the bottom is brown and crispy and then turn it.

Let the other side also turn brown and crispy, and your dish is finished.
