Ingredients

1 1/2 lbground beef
1 cupricotta cheese
1egg
1/2 cupchallots
1 cupgrated parmesean cheese
1 cuppanko bread crumbs
1salt and pepper
1 canRoma tomatoes
1 packagesfavorite spaghetti sauce
1 boxlinguine

Steps

Place sauce and tomatoes in a pot over medium low heat

In a separate pot boil linguine

Mix all other ingredients in a large bowl

Shape meatballs into golf ball size

Put meatballs into sauce and let cook for 25 minutes, turning once half way through

When done, serve meatballs over pasta, add salad and garlic bread. Enjoy!
