1 packageschoc. chips
3/4 cupflour
2 tspcinnamon
1 tspinstant coffee
1/2 tspbaking soda
1/4 tspsalt
1/2 sticksoft butter
1/2 cupbrown sugar
2eggs,, lightly beaten
2 tspvanilla

preheat oven to 375

mix dry ingredients together

beat butter, sugar until fluffy and light. add eggs and vanilla.

melt chocolate chips (microwave or double boiler)

add chocolate to egg mix

gradually add flour mix on low speed until well mixed

drop by tablespoons on prepared cookie sheets

bake10 mins or until cookies crack on top. remove and cool
