Chop onion into large pieces

Clean and pat dry pork chops

Place in a large pot with a lid

Add vinegar and then all dry ingredients then makes to coat

Add water to it almost covered

Add onion

Cover and bring to boil then reduce to medium

Let cook for about 1 hour

Place pot in oven for about an hour to an hour and a half or till tender

Remove pork chops and pull apart with a fork

put meat back into the pot and let rest for 10 to 15 minutes
