Preheat oven to 425°F and line cookie sheet with parchment paper.

Mix cream cheese, salsa, cumin, chili powder, onion powder, garlic, chicken, and cheese thoroughly.

Microwave tortillas for about 20-30 seconds. Spoon a few tablespoons of chicken mixture on tortilla and roll as tight as possible. Place on cookie sheet, seam side down. Continue with each tortilla. Lightly spray with cooking spray and sprinkle with salt.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until crisp and golden.
