Ingredients

  1. Pizza
  2. 1 (10 Inch)Flour Tortilla
  3. 1Butter Flavored Oil (As Needed)
  4. 1/2 cupSliced Mushrooms
  5. 1Black Pepper (To Taste)
  6. 1Granulated Garlic (To Taste)
  7. 1Salt (To Taste)
  8. 1/2 tspItalian Seasoning
  9. 1/4 cupDiced Tomato
  10. 1/2 cupShredded Mozzarella Cheese
  11. 1 tbspShredded Parmesan or Romano Cheese
  12. Spinach & Artichoke Dip (Use 4oz)
  13. 1 boxFrozen Chopped Spinach (10oz); Thawed
  14. 1 canArtichoke Hearts (14oz); drained and rough chopped
  15. 1 cupShredded Parmesan or Romano Cheese
  16. 1/2 cupShredded Mozzarella Cheese
  17. 1Prepared Alfredo Sauce (10oz)
  18. 1 tspMinced Garlic
  19. 1/2 packagesSoftened Cream Cheese

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350.

    Spinach & Artichoke Dip: Combine ingredients thoroughly in a bowl and spread mixture into a small baking dish.

    Bake in oven for 30 Minutes or until cheese is bubbling and melted.

    Serve as the "sauce" for the vegetable pizza or as a dip for chips.

    Pizza: In a hot saute pan or griddle, place sliced mushrooms and butter-flavored oil. Season with salt, pepper and garlic.

    Cook until hot.

    Brush tortilla with oil and place on griddle.

    Spread spinach and artichoke dip evenly on top of tortilla to within 1/2 inch of edge.

    Top with mushrooms, when cooked, Italian seasoning and diced tomatoes.

    Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over pizza and remove from griddle. Place on a pizza pan and put into oven.

    Remove from oven when cheese is melted and top with shredded Parmesan/Romano cheese.

    Cut into wedges and serve.
