Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 cansliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1packet of beef bouillon
  • 1 cupof diced onion
  • 1/4 cupof HP Sauce
  • 1/4 cupof Barbecue Sauce
  • 2shakes of Worcestershire sauce
  • 3sweet potatoes
  • 1dot of margarine
  • 1 canof peas
  • 1 lbof lean ground hamburger meat

Steps

    preheat the oven to 300°F

  2. 2

    Peel and quarter potatoes and boil until cooked.

  3. 3

    Brown the hamburger on medium high heat and then add the mushrooms and onion and cook the onion until it's clear. Drain the fat.

  4. 4

    To the hamburger add the beef bouillon packet, HP sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and barbecue sauce. Add the can of peas and mix well.

  5. 5

    Pour all of the contents into a casserole dish and spread evenly. On the top spread the the mashed potatoes evenly. Dot some margarine on top.

    Bake for 30 minutes.
