Preheat oven to 400

chop up potatos and hotdogs into small thin slices. cook in oil til they brown nicely together, stir often. season with salt, pepper, and basil.

as potatos mix cooks, in a bowl, beat eggs and stir in milk. season with salt and pepper, as desired.

once potatos and hotdogs are browned, pour the egg mix over nicely, all around the pan. pop the entire pan into the oven for 15 mins. when you remove from oven, grade cheese ontop of bake. cut into pie slices. makes approx. 8 slices depending on how large you prefer your pieces. Enjoy! :)
