Steps

cook the pasta as directed on the package.

cook the bacon bits (if you use ham do not cook it but add it in the end).

pour out the fat of the bacon bits ( you can leave it un, but it is healthier and less salty if you pour it out),

put the bacon bits back on the stove and pour in the coocking cream. Heat the mixture, but do not cook it.

cut the dana blue cheese into small chunks and add it to the mixture on the fire.

stir until the dana blue cheese has melt.

take the mixture of the fire. Add the grated cheese and stir well.

cut the onion in the desired size.

put the pasta on the plate, cover it with the sauce and top with some onion.

for the needed greens you can make a side salad or side it with pieces of cucumber. You can use non fat bacon and coocking cream to make the recipe with less fat, but all the cheese will still make it a fatty meal. Luckely people do need fat in a healthy life and it's just delicious ;)
