add all ingredients into large mixing bowl after cutting

cut cucumbers into 1/4 traingles about 1/2 in. thick

cut bell peppers onto 1/2 - 3/4 in. squares

cut onion into either 1/2 in. squares or thinly sliced pieces depending on preference.

slice tomatoes into bite size chunks

add drained cans of kalamata and black olives. slice black olives if they are whole.

crumble feta into bowl

drizzle olive oil and red wine vinegar to taste.

mix ingredients. taste to make sure olive oil / red wine vinegar taste is preferable.

cover bowl with plastic wrap and put on fridge for at least 30 min.
