Steps

Preheat oven to 220°F

In a heavy skillet add butter & garlic then onions. cook on a medium heat till onions are trsnsparent. Do not brown the onions.

Add tinned tomatoes & keep reducing till there is no liquid left turning the heat down as you go.

Place the reduced tomato mixture in an oven proof dish. Place the fish on top then pour over the thickened cream. Place in a very hot oven till the top is bubbling & brown.

Serve with french bread or broccoli & boiled potatoes.
