Ingredients

15 mins
  1. 1 packages8 oz spinach defrosted
  2. 1/4 cupbread cruumbs
  3. 1/4 cuppanko
  4. 1/2 cupshredded cheese - any
  5. 1/2 lbground/diced sausage
  6. 3/4 cupvinagrette or italian dressing
  7. 2 largepotobello caps
  8. 1/4 cuponion - finely diced
  9. 1season salt & pepper to taste
  10. 1/2 tbspminced garlic
  11. 1/2 tbsplemon juice

Steps

15 mins
  1. 1

    preheat oven 350

  2. 2

    Brown sausage.

  3. 3

    while sausage is cooking destem and clean portobello caps

  4. 4

    lightly brush Portobello caps with vinegarete/Italian dressings

  5. 5

    bake for 5 minutes

  6. 6

    while prebaking caps mix remaining ingredients completely.

  7. 7

    remove caps and completely cover with mix in heaping mound.

  8. 8

    drizzle with vinergaret/dressing

  9. 9

    bake for 25 minutes.

  10. 10

    let sit for 5 minutes before serving

the oldest of "my 6" came home from college today n is doing great. I have 2 graduating high school Thursday. n all are finishing 2013 school year strong. couldn't be prouder!
