  2. 6unit Eggs
  3. 1 cupFlour
  4. 1/2 tspSalt
  5. 1 tspVanilla
  6. 1/4 cupButter, melted

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. 2

    Blend first five ingredients in a blender. Be sure to smooth out any floor lumps.

  3. 3

    Blend butter in a little at a time.

  4. 4

    Grease muffin tins well and fill slightly less the half full. Bake for 15 minutes, or until puffy and golden on top. The crater will fill on its own.

  5. 5

    Add your favorite toppings. Add a dusting of powdered sugar.
