
blts with yummy seasoned hash browns

first start by cooking the bacon on medium heat. once finished let sit in oven @200° to keep warm--Do NOT get rid of the bacon grease

mince the garlic, finely dice the onion and chop the peppers

if you are using frozen hash browns dump them into the pan with the bacon grease. If using fresh potatoes dice them into small cubes and dump them in the bacon grease.

add your vegetables, garlic and seasoning to your liking

turn your element just passed medium heat and cook till slightly crunchy.

chop up the lettuce and tomato to use for your blt
- 7
for the blts. you can use toast, bagels or what I like to use; buns with garlic butter put in the oven on broil till golden brown. then add mayo, hot sauce, lettuce, tomato and of course bacon.
